Erich Schwer specializes in renewable energy acquisitions and business development for Sky Power. Alongside Alex Dembitzer, Erich has an ambitious focus on developing a renewable energy portfolio for both Sky Power and its affiliate company's (Sky Management Services LLC.) existing real estate assets.

Erich grew up in Bedminster, NJ and spent the majority of his developing years in the tri-state area. He studied Marketing and Sales at Elon University in NC. Shortly after, he began his career in the renewable energy sector working as an Executive Search Consultant (at Hobbs & Towne). He furthered his knowledge of solar and experience in the industry as the Business Development Manager for (Locus Energy, a Genscape company) solar monitoring company in Hoboken, NJ.

With Sky, Erich looks to have a positive impact in the renewable sector and reduce the carbon footprint for Sky’s assets.
